Hello Kitty Credit Card

If you love Hello Kitty, you’re not going to want to miss the Hello Kitty credit card. Fans of this kitty have stuff scattered everywhere, from plushes to stationery, bedspreads, and everything in between. So why not add it to your wallet too?

Bank of America is currently offering these credit cards with the Hello Kitty logo or graphic on it. There’s actually a different design for the credit card and one for the debit card: one is black and silver, the other is white and pink.

The Hello Kitty card is promoted also by Sanrio which takes you to a BofA site for signup. These cards feature rewards such as travel, gifts, gift certificates and more. You can earn points for every dollar you spend. Surprisingly, this card comes with concierge service for some help with things like reservations, sporting events, and dining.

Obviously you if you are looking to borrow money on these kinds of cards you need to look at its financials. The Hello Kitty credit card currently offers 12.99% to 20.99% APR, rewarding 1 point for $1 spent for the Platinum Plus Visa.

Do people sign up for this card just for the Hello Kitty logo on the card? You bet. Just like other companies who give out gifts such as gift cards, blankets, appliances, jackets, they are giving you something extra here and people are eating it up. At the end of the day, nothing else matters except the fact that you get the card, or that extra gift. Credit card companies know how to bait you with things like these, but if you’re smart with your spending you can enjoy the graphics without the extra APR they put on these cards.

How do you get one? Simply sign up at Bank of America’s website for it, or walk into a local branch and fill out a form. Your credit and application will be processed and if approved you should receive the card in the mail in a few weeks.
